Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. However, it was quite difficult to locate the lift lobby from the B2 car park. It would be very helpful if the management could provide clearer directions, perhaps with pictures or a short video guide on how to access the correct lift lobby, especially since there seem to be multiple lobbies available. During my stay, I accidentally entered the B1 lobby and had to make my way to the Ground Floor, which was inconvenient, particularly as there was no covered walkway and it was raining at the time. Having clearer instructions in advance would make the experience much smoother for guests arriving via the basement parking. That said, I would still recommend this place for its overall comfort and experience.

Decently safe but you have to be a bit wary as a female traveler due to the predominant male demographic in the premises but that is not at all host’s fault

The best place to stay in KL 3 minutes away by walk to TRX and a lot of good restaurant and cafe nearby. Will definitely choose this place over and over.

Great location right next to a mall, with easy access to the monorail. Walking distance to Chow Kit too. Check-in and check-out were smooth with clear instructions. The building has good security, amenities, and multiple lifts, so waiting time is minimal. The room matched the photos which were quite cool, very ig worthy? Didn’t have any issue with noises from the road or neighbour during my stay so quite good sound proofing i would say. Overall was a good and comfortable stay. Minor inconvenience : while there is hot water in the toilet, it needs to be transferred with a bucket to fill the bathtub, which is a bit inconvenient and the water gets cold fast.

We stayed for 3 nights. It felt like a home with a toddler having sufficient space to move around, and us being able to cook for him. Much better than a hotel in value for money. The location is great too! Very close to the malls, and best spots of the city. We walked to the Pavilion mall with a stroller. Check in/out is self serve. Instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The building has shared facilities on floor 10. There’s security and some convenience stores, cafe etc. in block B. I’d never stayed at such a high floor before (36) so it was quite an experience! Amazing to see the city full of lights at night. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great location within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty. The toilet floor and overall flooring were stained and sticky. Bathroom ventilation was poor and the vent didn’t work, causing a persistent unpleasant smell throughout our week-long stay. Cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement.
